"Seeing a psychologist is not an easy step for anyone and most of us that take that step are usually in a very difficult situation. However, in seeing Alex I found someone who in due time gave me enough trust in her to share very long standing problems and fears, and in return she responded with not only words of understanding but showed me an insight that gave me relief, and an acceptance of who I am. This is a journey of collaboration and teamwork. Alex has given me the opportunity of changing how I see myself and my problems, and changing my outlook. I frequently find her coming up with a short sentence that reveals exactly how I am feeling. How did she know and I didn't! There is no judgement, she is on your side all the way. I would highly recommend Alex to anyone who is struggling with their life."
